The euphoria of the holidays has passed. Some of us by this time have already fallen off of the resolution wagon and old habits are making their way back to our lives. Even though it's less than ideal, it could be worse so we slowly drift back into our old routines and slowly but surely compromise our goals for the year because we lack a sense of clarity and urgency around them. The good news? There are ways of preventing this!

Studies have shown that visualization, in many fields, ranging from sports to business, serves a great purpose when it comes to goal setting.
