It's that time of year... the time when we all go home to our families for Thanksgiving and Christmas. The time for food, enjoyment, and for most of us, a good reminder of the importance of and enforcement of healthy boundaries.

Truth is, in my practice as a coach, boundaries is probably the number one topic that I work on with women when it comes to their relationships with their loved ones. It just seems harder for us women to do... So, let's talk about it around a beautiful fire pit!

We will discuss all things boundaries related: How to create them, enforce them, recognize them, and respect them without taking things personally...All with some lovely refreshments and some healthy delicious food.

So please join us for a beautiful night around the fire where we will bond and be merry with our fellow Meufs. The district hasn't had a Meuf night in a while so it's time to reconvene and talk about one of the biggest challenges to our satisfaction! Let's keep the holidays cheerful shall we?
